How it works
Step 1
Add Arakan in your assistant
Add a custom connector (Claude) or custom plugin (ChatGPT) with the address https://www.arakan.ae/api/mcp.
Step 2
Sign in with Arakan
Your assistant opens Arakan's page. Sign in, choose the workspace, and all companies or only some. Then allow.
Step 3
Ask
Name companies and clients as you know them. The assistant looks them up in Arakan and answers from your data, with links back to the record.
Safe by design
Read only
The connection looks things up. It can't change, send or delete anything in Arakan.
Your access, nothing more
Your assistant sees what your Arakan role lets you see, in the workspace you chose, and only the companies you picked. If your access changes, so does the assistant's, at once.
You stay in control
Every connection is listed in Arakan with when it was last used. Disconnect it there at any time; it stops at once.
Answers you can check
Answers come from your records and from Lexara's rulebooks, cited to the article. Every look-up is recorded in Arakan.
Questions
No. You add Arakan in the AI assistant you already use, in its settings. Claude works in its desktop app, on claude.ai and on mobile; ChatGPT is set up on chatgpt.com in a browser.
An Arakan account in the workspace you want to connect, and a plan of your AI assistant that allows custom connectors. In company accounts of Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365, an admin may need to allow it first.
No. The connection is read only. Changes are made in Arakan, by people with the right role.
No. Arakan only receives the look-ups your assistant makes, such as 'open findings for this company'. What Arakan returns goes to your assistant and is handled under its terms.
Look-ups of your data, Lexara searches and Atlas facts are free. A full cited Lexara answer uses your workspace's credits, the same as asking in Lexara.
Yes. Each person connects their own assistant with their own Arakan sign-in, so each sees only what their role allows. Owners and admins can see every connection in the workspace.
Set up your companies in Arakan, then connect the assistant you already use. Already on Arakan? Open the menu under your initials and choose AI assistants.
